This time, we are recruiting for an exciting role, a Market Intelligence and Strategic Research Lead to join our team and support Cardo AI’s rapid growth in private debt markets. You will interact and support the executive team to solve strategic challenges, identify and capture growth opportunities, and define go-to-market strategy. You will be responsible for conducting primary and secondary research, analyze and constantly monitor our reference markets, competitive and regulatory context in order to identify trends and opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a bright and motivated individual with an analytical and strategic mindset with a passion for financial markets and structured finance. Your role will require a high level of autonomy planning and executing researches and providing useful insights.

• Work closely with the CEO and Director of Strategy to identify trends, impact the strategy and deliver value to the market
• Independently perform industry research, analyze markets and regulatory trends in private credit investment market
• Monitor strategy, product evolution and initiatives of our market participants
• Identify and monitor trends in asset manager and asset owner industry for private credit strategies
• Identify and monitor trends among traditional and digital credit originators
• Analyze and understand the specific needs and pain points of potential clients
• Identify potential customers and interact with sales and executive teams to create a pipeline of meetings
• Become a key contributor to the strategy/ sales and customer success efforts
• Effectively manage and prioritize multiple work streams

• 3+ years of experience in a research or analyst role gained at a management consulting, high growth fintech, asset manager with a focus in private markets.
• Ability to collect data and information using your excellent search skills on web sources and electronic databases.
• Ability to synthesize information from diverse sources and derive insights.
• Excellent knowledge of financial markets, structured finance and fintech products
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and decision-making skills driving high-impact, rapid, and iterative change in a fast-moving environment
• Solid problem solving, analytical, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to take initiative and make an impact on the larger organization
