We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team!

• Be responsible for delivering the best user experience for our investment management suite, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
• Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
• Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
• Contribute to improve data visualizations 
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and management teams
• Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

• Minimum 4 years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in Figma (or a similar platform) and knowledge of design programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Solid understanding of UI/UX processes such as wireframing, prototyping, and designing interfaces
• Proven experience in understanding user journey and functionalities and ability to improve them via UX
• Experience in interacting with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
• Proven ability to conduct research on users, functionalities and design
• Interest and ability to learn the domain
• Ability to merge and work with tech teams in common goals
• Portfolio of design projects. A UX portfolio is a big plus!
