Role Description

We are looking for a devoted, energetic, and organized Office Manager to join our growing team.

Your mission will be to:

  • Contact person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, errands and a partner with the HR and Finance
  • Organize and coordinate marketing events, conferences and other events of this sort
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
  • Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment

What We Think You’ll Need To Be Successful:

  • Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of data and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Fluency in English

We are specialized in the alternative lending asset class, such as peer-to-peer lending, real estate crowdfunding, and invoice trading.

Private debt markets are challenging and fragmented. No common standards on asset classes and no trading protocol exist. Due diligence, data treatment, risk analysis, reporting, and monitoring require a lot of effort and expertise.
