We are looking for a talented and ambitious Business/Functional Analyst that will support the implementation of best practices for writing functional analysis, user stories and use cases.


  • Interaction with internal and external clients to translate business and clients requirements into technical business requirements
  • Collect, analyze and summarize the business needs, and translate them into functional specifications for software development team
  • Organize and plan product development tasks within the Product masterplan provided by the Product Manager
  • Monitor scheduled development tasks and manage Q&A sessions with Tech team
  • Ensure the Product quality through tests both on new development tasks to be released, and on support requests related to the Production environment
  • Conduct product trainings and assist in new product introduction and release activities
  • Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions
  • Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide product engineering, development, management and sales solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic
  • Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities
  • Build and maintain reports for Product Owner
