    We Offer

    • An opportunity to develop software solution that matters and tackles real challenges of private market investments. Every day, our software is making a difference for our clients, supporting them to do their job better and empowering everyone to make better decisions. We are improving the way private markets are operating.
    • You will work in the front-line. Together with product owners, you will be in touch with our clients and our market, understanding their needs and challenges and proposing new ways to solve them.
    • A diverse tech stack. We are very eager to see how the tech space is evolving and for this we have developed our microservice architecture to support our tech teams to experiment with new coding languages and frameworks: Go, Java, Scala, Elixir etc.
    • Agile development process: Some say they do it, we truly believe in doing it properly! With a wholesome approach to applying the Scrum framework, clear roles and responsibilities, we make sure to give every one of our co-creators a reputable voice on the user stories under their supervision. We don’t skip inclusive planning and are very thorough on our Retrospectives, enabling action to improve the overall experience sprint after sprint, one step at a time.
    • A good work life balance. We know that solving big problems can keep you up for long hours, but this is not the way to go. We have assigned a WORK-LIFE balance officer that is responsible for our engineers in finding solutions and avoiding any situation of potential stress and burnout. After all, why do we even bother with Scrum timeboxes?
    • Be part of a growing fintech company named as one of the 20 EU scaleups in 2021 and winner of European big data value forum.
    • Flexible and Remote Work. Remote opportunities, work from home days, and flexible vacation policies allow everyone to optimize their work-life balance. • Team Outings & Events. We love to organize team retreats in the beach and mountains, and hopefully we will make it to surf in Portugal, once Covid-19 is over.
    • An Entrepreneur friendly environment. You can participate in any of our internal initiatives:
    • “Intrapreneurship in Cardo AI” – a project where new ideas to launch new products, features or new technologies are proposed by team members and a side development team is created to come to MVP and production stage.
    • “Innovation Summit” together with our clients– an internal event where everyone can select ideas to research and present the benefits it will bring to the clients, Cardo AI, or fintech community.
    • “Cardo AI Startup Incubator” – we select 2/3 ideas per cohort (first in Q1 ‘22) and everyone that wants to follow any of the startups is free to do so. At the end of the program, both Cardo AI and everyone from our team can invest in the startups, so we all become entrepreneurs.
    • Great benefits: We offer all the latest tech you need, very competitive salary and stock option plan to become integral part of our company.
