✅Excited about Structured Finance. You have excellent analytical skills and interest in understanding the functioning of structure finance and securitization processes. You enjoy working with data and you love details, but also stay aware of the bigger picture while operating across multiple threads of work.

✅Interested and experienced in both technology and finance.. You’re looking to grow your skills in both disciplines and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a software solution that combines finance and technology.

✅You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You have a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and take responsibility for personal growth and development

✅You are organized, flexible and problem solving oriented.

✅Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, finance or economics. Note that we’re not anti-dropouts if you’re a superstar.

✅Familiarity with SQL is a plus

What will be your goals for your first 30/60/90 days:

✔️Contribute in the analysis of client needs and transform them into new features and functionalities of Cardo AI Securitization Platform;

✔️Analyze and onboard new transactions. Based on contractual documentation and data model, you will manage the onboarding on new securitization and define eventual change request for the developing team;

✔️Manage the reporting activities. You will be responsible to oversee the automatic production of reporting on existing transactions (list of parts, securities issued or in the process of being issued, reporting calendar) and related information flows;

✔️Analyze relevant regulations governing securitization transactions to define and plan the relevant reporting and compliance action. You will have to monitor regulatory reporting (ESMA).

✔️Work closely with key stakeholders throughout each stage of the transaction and help resolve critical issues as they arise

✔️Propose new ideas both in terms of new software functionalities and algorithms that can provide value to our clients
