This unique role bridges the traditional responsibilities of a business development representative with the analytical skills of a financial/banking/asset management analyst. As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by leveraging your deep understanding of the structured finance market, market trends, and financial analysis to identify valuable insights and bring new sales opportunities to Cardo AI.
Your Mission Will Be To:
✔️ Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of the structured finance market, including market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
✔️ Develop a deep understanding of Cardo AI’s products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
✔️ Identify and target specific market segments and potential clients that align with Cardo AI’s strategic objectives.
✔️ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies and campaigns.
✔️ Identify new sales opportunities and proactively engage with prospective clients to introduce Cardo AI’s solutions and build relationships.
✔️ Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the unique value that Cardo AI can provide.
✔️ Analyze financial data and conduct financial modeling to assess potential client’s needs and develop tailored solutions.
✔️ Work closely with internal teams, such as product development and customer success, to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new clients.
✔️ Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to provide ongoing market insights and recommendations.
✔️ Collaborate with the management team to contribute to the development and execution of Cardo AI’s overall business strategy.
What We Think You’ll Need To Be Successful:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
✅ Proven experience in business development, financial analysis, or related roles in the financial industry.
✅ Deep knowledge of the structured finance market, including an understanding of different asset classes, securitization, and financial instruments.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
✅ Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
✅ Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools, such as Excel, Python, or R. Experience with AI and machine learning technologies is a plus.
✅ Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
✅ Strong business acumen and a keen interest in emerging technologies and trends in the financial industry.
