This time, we are recruiting for an exciting role, a Market Intelligence and Credit Research lead to join our team and support Cardo AI’s rapid growth in structured finance market technology. You will be responsible for conducting primary and secondary research, analyze and constantly monitor our reference markets, competitive and regulatory context in order to identify trends and opportunities. You will actively interact and support the executive team identify and capture growth opportunities as well as supporting the sales and marketing team team in generating value added content and insights for customers and prospects
The ideal candidate is a bright and motivated individual with an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and a passion for financial markets, structured finance and technology. Your role will require a high level of autonomy in producing Credit and market research that provides value added insights.
What You Will Do:
✔️Independently perform industry research, analyze markets and regulatory trends in private credit investment market
✔️Identify and monitor trends in the asset management and asset owner industry for private credit strategies
✔️Work closely with the head of sales to identify trends, support the distribution strategy and deliver value to the market
✔️Work closely with marketing department to devise research that can be leveraged for content creation and public speaking opportunities such as webinars, in person meetings and events
✔️Monitor strategy, product evolution and initiatives of market participants
✔️Identify and monitor trends among traditional and digital credit originators
✔️Analyze and understand the specific needs and pain points of potential clients
✔️Identify potential customers and interact with the sales department to create a pipeline of meetings
✔️Effectively manage and prioritize multiple work streams
You’ll Succeed With:
✅5+ years of experience in a credit and/or financial market research role gained at an investment bank, management consulting firm, high growth fintech or asset manager with a focus in private markets.
✅Excellent presentation writing skills
✅Ability to collect and analyze diverse data sets to create valuable insights
✅Excellent knowledge of financial markets, structured finance and fintech products
✅Excellent time management, prioritization, and decision-making skills driving high-impact, rapid, and iterative change in a fast-moving environment
✅Solid problem solving, analytical, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
✅Ability to take initiative and make an impact on the larger organization
