We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage office operations, be the point of contact for all the office suppliers, take charge of our organization’s major events, and ensure a safe and efficient workplace environment.
What will be your goals for your first 30/60/90 days:
✔️Contact the appropriate person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands;
✔️Connect with Talent and Finance team to liaise on important shared activities;
✔️Be the point of contact for meetings scheduling, other appointments;
✔️Planning travel and accommodation for the Tirana and Pristina Office;
✔️Liaise with the Talent team to maintain office policies according to the expected;
✔️Foster a corporate appearance of office through best practices and other needed services (e.g. cleaning);
✔️Welcome visitors or newly hired staff throughout the office;
✔️Keep all systems maintenance and recurrently up to date;
✔️Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of sensitive information;
✔️Guarantee Health & Safety requirements, supporting all needed activities under this subject;
✔️Owner of all company inventory in Tirana and Pristina;
✔️Lead the organization of major company events, guaranteeing that each step is thought in detail, aligned with our culture and anticipating possible challenges;
✔️Support leaders in specific needs for team gathering, retreats and special events, aligning always with the respective Talent Partner;
✔️Promote Diversity and Inclusion in Cardo’s workspace, planning and executing concrete initiatives that enhance this topic.
What We Think You’ll Need To Be Successful:
✅Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
✅Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
✅Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
✅Attention to detail and problem solving skills
✅Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅Strong organizational and planning skills
✅Proficient in Microsoft Office
✅Fluency in English
