In order to do that, Talent Partners will act as business partners to our teams, making sure that all our Talent Managers have the needed support to manage their teams.
Talent Partners are also expected to become part of the teams they support, learning about current business challenges, objectives and future milestones.
What will be your goals as a Talent Partner:
Attraction:
- Define sourcing requirements for existing and future recruitment needs;
- Suggest innovative ways to increase candidates pool;
- Proactively raise awareness on recruitment challenges;
- Work together with hiring managers on defining roles and responsibilities for increasing candidates pipeline;
- Liaise with hiring team if any additional support is required for accelerating the attraction process;
Hiring:
- Define hiring priorities for the upcoming quarter with each hiring manager;
- Identify possible internal moves that can address existing hiring needs;
- Host Hiring Kick-off meeting for new vacancies together with hiring team;
- Interview potential candidates for open positions according to priority;
- Keep constant communication with candidates involved in hiring process;
- Define checkpoint cadence for update on current hiring processes with hiring managers;
- Involve hiring team in interview efforts for the existing recruitment processes;
Onboarding:
- Support pre-onboarding plan according to process guidelines;
- Ensure that Hiring Manager has a recurrent contact with future employees;
- Guarantee that all processes occur according to plan to have the smoothest experience to new joiners;
- Ensure that Talent Manager has a concrete onboarding plan for each new joiner;
- Checkpoint with each new hire at the end of the first month to understand experience;
- Implement onboarding survey and ensure completion from new hires;
Engagement:
- Monitor monthly Engagement Survey results for their Talent Partners;
- Insure participation rates according to company standards;
- Analyze engagement metrics and define action plan for addressing most urgent issues;
- Incentivize Talent Manager to expose results, address potential concerns from the team and work together with specific individuals for concrete needs;
- Meet with Talent Managers 1:1 on a regular cadence to understand current talent challenges and advise on possible solutions;
- Identify potential talent challenges within the teams and meet with employees to understand their perspective;
- Act as a point of contact for possible team events, gatherings or other activities;
Performance & Development:
- Train Talent Managers on Cardo AI Performance Review process;
- Support Performance Review execution, making sure all steps are being followed according to expectations;
- Host calibration sessions with each Talent Manager to reduce possible biases and ensure a fair process;
- Define action plan for employees that didn’t met expectations and how to monitor their progression;
- Ensure that excellent performers are engage, motivated and expanding their impact in the company;
- Share guidelines for building development plans with all employees;
- Ensure Talent Managers act as coaches to better define development priorities for their teams;
- Ensure Talent Managers distribute their training budget within the teams according to development priorities;
- Liaise with excellent performers to make sure they use their Training Bonus for increasing their market knowledge, sharing learnings with their teams;
- Help Talent Managers keep track of their teams development plans and have them in consideration for future Performance Reviews;
Departure:
- Anticipate possible turnover risk from their teams;
- Drive Exit Interviews and collect important information to be shared with Talent Manager;
- Detect possible patterns on exit reasons and address them together with Talent Partner;
- Ensure that leavers have a pleasant experience and depart from Cardo AI as proud alumnus;
How will your expertise contribute to everyone’s success:
- HR Business Partner Experience: A minimum of 7 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or a similar HR role, demonstrating expertise in various HR functions.
- Tech Industry Exposure: Previous exposure and experience working in Hyper-Growth Tech Companies is highly preferred, as it indicates familiarity with the unique challenges and dynamics of the tech sector.
- Recruitment Expertise: Extensive experience in recruitment, including defining sourcing requirements, conducting interviews, and proactively addressing recruitment challenges.
- Performance Evaluation Cycles: A track record of managing and supporting performance evaluation cycles, ensuring they align with company objectives and standards.
- Policy Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of company policies and the ability to apply them effectively in various HR processes.
- Onboarding and Departure: Proven experience in managing both onboarding and departure processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees during these critical transitions.
- End-to-End HR Cycles: Demonstrated capability in managing the entire HR lifecycle, from hiring to departure, including comprehensive onboarding and exit processes.
- Engagement and Satisfaction: Successful development and implementation of strategies aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction in the workplace.
- Albanian Labor Law: Profound knowledge of Albanian labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, termination procedures, and compliance with labor standards.
- Contract Administration: Demonstrated experience in contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and managing employment contracts, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy.
